Job Summary
Build full-stack product features across backend services, web applications, and mobile experiences using Python, TypeScript, React, and AWS. Develop AI-powered workflows leveraging LLMs for clinical documentation and real-time streaming systems supporting healthcare automation. Design scalable APIs and integrate with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to automate medical note-taking for thousands of clinicians. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Clinical, and GTM teams to deliver customer-facing features that reduce physician administrative burden. Own product initiatives from technical design through production deployment while improving platform scalability and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Must Be Authorized to Work in the US
- 0–5 years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Experience building and shipping production customer-facing software
- Experience building AI-powered or LLM-enabled product features
- Experience working across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrated evidence of career growth, promotions, or increasing ownership
- Experience collaborating closely with product and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product features
- Strong TypeScript and React engineering skills
- Strong Python engineering skills
- Experience building production applications on AWS
- Experience building full-stack web applications
- Experience integrating AI or LLM-powered product features
- Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
- Experience building scalable backend APIs and distributed services
- Strong debugging, testing, and software engineering fundamentals
- Strong product engineering mindset with full-stack ownership
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another STEM field required
