Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end product development for internal tools, taking problems from colleagues, building prototypes, and iterating on solutions daily. Design and deploy software to manage robot fleets, extend the Fenestra data tool, and transition manual ops processes into automated systems. Write clean, idiomatic TypeScript and React code, debug production crashes, and maintain backend services while collaborating with hardware and control engineers. Own projects from conception to deployment, leveraging coding agents to accelerate delivery.
Required Qualifications
- You've built full-featured web apps in idiomatic TypeScript and shipped them
- Proven experience in building products in a zero-to-one environment, on your own or in a small team
- An eye for good design, both UI and UX
- A strong sense of ownership
- You can drive a project from start to finish without anyone managing you
- You're comfortable when things are chaotic
- You use coding agents to ship faster and unblock yourself
- You take full ownership of the features you build with AI
- You pick up new languages and tools quickly
- Basic familiarity with Linux systems
- You're comfortable ssh'ing into other machines to figure out why something isn't working
