Job Summary
Hands-on technical leader responsible for the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale GenAI and intelligent automation solutions, with emphasis on RAG-based architectures and agentic systems. Drives end-to-end lifecycle from design to production support, builds AI-driven automation workflows and document processing pipelines, ensures governance, security, and Responsible AI standards, and mentors engineering teams while collaborating with product, risk, security, and leadership to present architecture strategies and trade-offs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of industry experience
- Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM/RAG
- Experience building AI-driven enterprise automation solutions
- Experience with OCR/NLP/Intelligent Document Processing
- Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Kore.ai)
- Mentorship and leadership capabilities
- Strong architecture, design, and coding practices
