Software Engineer (PL/SQL)

Lead the design, implementation, and operation of backend services in the Payments domain, ensuring high standards for reliability, performance, security, and maintainability. Own critical payment modules end-to-end, including architecture, delivery, observability, and on-call readiness, while driving continuous improvement based on operational feedback. Facilitate end-to-end process analysis to identify optimization opportunities and elicit requirements with stakeholders to define technical designs and acceptance criteria. Work across engineering, product, and operations teams to manage dependencies, conduct code reviews, and raise engineering standards through coaching and pragmatic documentation.
