Job Summary
Modernize applications, develop new features, and perform software improvements and bug fixes. Implement a CI/CD pipeline, deploy and test software, create infrastructure through code, and perform service migrations. Build and deploy multiple applications across diverse tech stacks including containerized React UIs, Java and Go microservices, and data stores such as MongoDB and OpenSearch. Support a U.S. Government customer by providing technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems. Design, develop, and maintain a suite of web-based analysis tools offering real-time alerting, historical querying, and document storage and retrieval.
Required Qualifications
- Active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- 7+ years Software Engineering experience
- BS degree in Computer Science or related
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes (substitutable for bachelor's degree)
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
- Strong communication skills
- Java
- Spring (Boot, Integration, and Data)
- Git/GitLab
- Web application development
- Docker containers
- Orchestration technology such as Kubernetes or Docker-compose
- Partial Telework of 16 hours per week
