Software Engineer

Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specifications, then design, code, and modify new or existing software systems to add features or correct defects. Develop complex database interfaces and algorithms while integrating software into modified operating environments. Assist with executing test procedures, coordinate system installations, and monitor equipment functioning to ensure operational standards are met. Serve as a team lead when appropriate, oversee development teams, and provide recommendations for improving documentation and development processes. Confer with system and hardware engineers to obtain project limitations and capabilities.
