Job Summary
Onboarding-focused software engineer role: own end-to-end customer onboarding flows, build scalable software to support Ramp's application decisioning and onboarding experience, collaborate with product/data/design/stakeholders across sales, risk, ops, and finance, and drive business outcomes through metric-driven development. Responsibilities include expanding serviceable market, automating workflows, applying AI/LLMs in production, and owning the customer journey from discovery to onboarding. Includes relocation support to NYC or SF and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of software development experience
- Experience shipping fast, reliable applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Experience with Python (Flask) and SQL (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with fintech/payments domains is a plus
