Job Summary
As an early-career Software Engineer, you will write production-grade code within real-time healthcare coordination systems, building AI agents to resolve care incidents (missed clock-ins, caregiver no-shows) and integrating with EMR systems (WellSky, AxisCare, AlayaCare). You’ll work on voice AI where failures have real-world impact, develop closed-loop human + AI workflows, and ship features into production rapidly under the guidance of founding engineers who’ve previously built at Uber, Datadog, Ramp, and Tennr. The role emphasizes ownership from day one, learning through building core product tools that affect patient care and caregiver scheduling, with opportunities to contribute to multi-agent systems, data integrity, and real-time search while shaping the next generation of home healthcare software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Strong programming fundamentals
- Experience or demonstrated capability with building scalable software
- Ability to work on AI/ML projects and real-time systems
- Familiarity with integrations (EMR or similar) and data pipelines
- Comfort with startup pace and ownership
