Software Engineer - .NET / APIS

Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain .NET (C#) applications, REST/gRPC APIs, and microservices that power real-time data processing and analytics platforms. Work with SQL Server and MySQL for data modeling and optimization while contributing to distributed systems and asynchronous processing workflows. Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver features end-to-end, participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging. Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins, containerize applications with Docker, and integrate messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ. This role requires 3–5 years of backend-focused experience and is fully on-site in the US with no travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with C# and .NET
- Experience building APIs and microservices architectures
- Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL)
- Familiarity with GitHub, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
Desired Qualifications
- Backend-focused experience
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to event-driven systems / message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ)
- Front-end experience (React, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience working with large-scale data or analytics platforms
