Job Summary
Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable .NET applications while collaborating with internal teams on requirements analysis and daily standups. Design and build code that meets user needs and business goals through documentation and system monitoring, utilizing expertise in C#, .NET frameworks, and databases. Stay current with emerging technologies and effectively present information to internal and external customers. This role requires 4+ years of software development experience, C# and .NET expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must reside within a 2-hour drive of San Antonio headquarters for hybrid in-office work.
Required Qualifications
- Hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence at San Antonio headquarters multiple times a month
- Residency within a 2-hour drive of San Antonio headquarters
- 4+ years of experience developing software applications
- Expertise in C#
- Experience with .NET development frameworks
- Experience working with databases
- Experience with multiple design methodologies
- Strong problem-resolution and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
