Job Summary
Engineer software, scripts, and tools within a feature team while liaising with engineers, architects, and business analysts. Produce complex, critical software rapidly and of high quality, working through the full life cycle from requirements analysis and design to coding, testing, deployment, and operations. Collaborate to optimize software engineering capability by designing, producing, and implementing solutions that add business value. Maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and robust solutions using hands-on expertise in AWS (IAC/EKS or ECS) and a primary language like Java 21, Node.js, or Python. Work 45 hours weekly.

- Experience in AWS
- Hands-on (IAC/EKS or ECS/General enterprise AWS architecture knowledge skills to evidence)
- Hands-on expert knowledge of any one programming language (JAVA 21 or Nodejs or Python)
- ability to effectively use AI coding assistants with human in the loop (Kiro/ClaudeD etc agentic IDEs)
- Proactive/self-driven behaviours
- ability to articulate thoughts
