Software Engineer (N8N, MCP, AI)

Specialist Software Engineer responsible for implementing, configuring, and delivering AI-driven and Conversational AI solutions across the NICE CXone ecosystem. As a hands-on technical contributor, you will build integrations, configure conversational AI platforms, and ensure high-quality execution of project deliverables. You will configure, customize, and deploy Conversational AI solutions, build and maintain integrations using APIs and modern web technologies, implement bot behaviors with prompt engineering, develop PoCs and production-ready components, and support testing and go-live activities. You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across SaaS applications and integrations, adapt or refactor components to meet evolving needs, ensure quality, performance, security, and usability standards, and produce documentation including specifications, test cases, and deployment materials. You will collaborate with Implementation Engineers, Consultants, and Project Managers, participate in customer workshops, and maintain clear communication across teams. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years of professional experience (1+ year in digital channels or AI/Bot software preferred); strong skills in JavaScript, REST APIs, OAuth2, SAML, HTML/CSS, and understanding of AI-driven interfaces and prompt engineering; willingness to work US shift (5 PM–2 AM IST); and a NiCE-FLEX hybrid model offering 2 days in office and 3 days remote per week. This role is based in Pune, India under the NiCE-FLEX model.
