Job Summary
Design, implement, and test solutions for land mobile wireless communications products within a Scrum team using Agile methodologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team while collaborating with product managers, architects, and hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration. Manage end-to-end software development life-cycle tasks including sprint execution, automated testing, and debugging through hands-on interaction with product hardware and laboratory equipment. Stay current with software engineering trends and best practices for RF site technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (BS) or Master's (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
