Job Summary
Software engineer on The Teammate Driving (Features) team to realize stable AD/ADAS systems for POV through sensor-based perception and motion control. Responsibilities include defining requirements, coding, testing, evaluating, and collaborating with clients and other teams; develop and integrate components to enhance functionality and performance; evaluate software via simulations and real-world tests; deliver high-quality software through tests and code reviews; continuously improve development processes including CI/CD; and work on-site 3 days a week per the hybrid policy.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
- Experience in research / product development of robotics, AD/ADAS, or related technologies
- Hands-on software development skills in C/C++ or Python
- Working proficiency in English
- Business level proficiency in Japanese
