Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications while writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot and debug issues to provide timely solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in code reviews to contribute to team best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends. This role involves designing and maintaining software applications that meet business needs within a global organization focused on business communications and cloud collaboration solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in a Software Development
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field
- Good Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures and Design patterns
- Programming skills in Java
- Familiar with backend development using nodeJs and with one or more front end frameworks (angular, vue js, react js)
- Knowledge on JavaScript and/or TypeScript, including experience with modern frameworks and libraries
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Good programming skills with a mindset of solving problems efficiently with creativity
- Experience with code version control (git)
- Ability to learn new technologies/frameworks fast
- Passionate about software/technology, ideally with contribution to open source projects
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent teamwork abilities
- Fluency in English

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of VoIP telephony (SIP/CSTA) and WebRTC
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with Linux OS/scripting languages (Bash, Perl)
