Job Summary
Software Engineer (Mid-Senior) specializing in Python to design, code, and maintain data curation/ingestion services for Threat Intelligence. Lead architecture discussions for distributed pipelines, microservices, and data flows; participate in code reviews; develop new services for high-quality feeds; ensure code quality and security with scalable, maintainable, and well-documented solutions. Will provide technical leadership and guidance, contribute to product-focused discussions in cybersecurity, and work within a hybrid setup with 3 office days and 2 work-from-home days. Key tools: Python, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, AWS services (MSK, RDS, EKS, EC2, S3, EMR, KEDA), Kafka, FastAPI, Redis. Nice-to-have: ML Ops experience. The role emphasizes problem-solving, structured thinking, and effective communication in English, with opportunities for growth and engagement across cutting-edge cybersecurity products and Threat Intelligence initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding and proficiency in Python programming language, including knowledge of core concepts, syntax, and data structures.
- Experience designing microservice systems and communication.
- Experience using data stores like PostgreSQL.
- Excellent skills to write maintainable code.
- Cloud infrastructure experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex problems, troubleshoot issues, and develop practical solutions.
- Rapid and constant learning, first to spot and solve problems.
- Attention to detail, highly structured, research-first-then-implement attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
