Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain resilient data pipelines using Python for collection, ingestion, ETL, and analytics. Develop complex data solutions involving transformation, validation, and quality controls while integrating sources via REST APIs and flat files. Ensure data availability, accessibility, and security across development and production environments. Test, troubleshoot, and validate data movement and transformation code. Provide platform support including debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data products and support end users in utilizing analytics environments. Requires TS/SCI clearance and 5+ years of Python experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years' experience with software development in Python
- Experience with data engineering
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and ingestion workflows
- Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version control systems
- Experience with common data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and other structured or semi-structured data
- Experience working with Bash, Linux, and command-line tools in a development or production environment
- An active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar technical field
- Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, and S3
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools
- Knowledge of cyber operations
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP certification)
