Job Summary
Develop and maintain web applications by translating designs, wireframes, and mockups into highly composable code. Integrate these applications with back-end services, define, design, and ship new features while collaborating with engineers across different infrastructure layers. Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation using unit tests, static code analysis tools, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines. Work alongside a global team supporting Fortune 100 retail, fintech, and startup clients using React, NextJS, and micro-frontend architectures.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with React, NextJS and related ecosystems (Web pack, Redux, ES6, Flow, Jest)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript & Typescript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Experience with HTML, CSS, SASS, Tailwind
- Experience with micro-frontends architecture using module federation webpack
- Experience with writing unit tests using Jest, Enzyme, React testing library
- Experience with integrating static code analysis tools e.g. Sonar and SonarQube
- Experience working with Rest API and/or GraphQL
- Experience with NodeJS, NPM/Yarn
- Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools
- Experience with deploying React applications on any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Familiarity with UX concepts (Responsive, Mobile first)
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (GIT)
- Experience with a project tracking tool like JIRA
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Azure services
- GIT will be preferred
