Job Summary
Oversee software design, development, and testing of customer and employee applications using .NET, JavaScript, ReactJS, and databases like Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL. Review SQL queries and stored procedures for performance adherence, modify existing design to incorporate new requirements, and write Web APIs to expose data. Collaborate with developers on requirements gathering, perform impact analysis, and maintain standards compliance while reporting progress and escalating issues. Provide production support and troubleshooting based on support tickets. Apply for the role with a Computer Science degree and 5+ years of .NET experience.
Required Qualifications
- Computer Science or IT related degree
- At least 5 years of experience in .NET development
- 3+ years' experience designing and building software applications
- Fluency in English
- Able to develop, document, test, manage and maintain changes to the system on demand
- Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes
- Solid understanding of ORM tools like Entity Framework/ADO.NET
- Proven ability to write APIs with token-based authentication and authorization
Desired Qualifications
- WebAPI (Contract-First) better with security experience
- Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL (better as most recent version)
- Experience with automated test tools and continuous integration tools (Sonarqube etc)
- Kubernetes
- Kafka
- Proven experience with Docker
- Proven experience with Micro Services Architecture
- Proven experience with Open API (OpenAPI Contract-First)
- Proven experience with any of CQRS, DDD, Event Sourcing concepts
