Job Summary
Develop and sustain several mission operational software product lines while developing new capabilities within a large, specialized subsystem team. Leverage advanced object-oriented programming skills in C++ and Red Hat Enterprise Linux to deliver innovative solutions supporting national security missions. This role requires active SCI or TS clearance, with mandatory travel to Redondo Beach, CA for four consecutive weeks of required training. Candidates must possess strong mathematical and algorithmic problem-solving abilities and experience with Agile scrum processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- PhD with 1 year of relevant experience
- PhD with 4 years of relevant experience
- an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Must have an active SCI at time of application OR an active TS clearance at time of application with the ability to obtain SCI within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company prior to start date
- Advanced Object-Oriented programming skills
- Experience with C++ programming
- Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating system
- Must be able to travel to Redondo Beach, CA for approximately 4 consecutive weeks for required training

- Familiarity with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo)
- Experience developing in a Linux environment using git
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
