Job Summary
Design, develop, document, refactor, test, and debug applications software for a Ground Segment on the Space Vehicle Management team. Support the program through maturity and milestones to achieve the mission by generating efficient code according to specifications and adapting to changes driven by bugs or updates. Operate independently with little oversight in a dynamic environment, reporting information to leads and the customer while handling diverse assignments efficiently. Requires Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, polygraph eligibility, and experience with Java, C++, and Python in cloud environments. Salary ranges from $108,800 to $213,400 depending on level; U.S. citizenship required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required at the time of application
- Ability to successfully pass a polygraph
- 5 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree
- 3 years with Master's degree
- 1 year with PhD
- 8 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree
- 6 years with Master's degree
- 4 years with PhD
- Experience with Java
- Experience with C++
- Experience with Python
- Experience with similar scripting language
- Experience in a cloud environment
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Automated testing experience
- Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- U.S. Citizenship
