Job Summary
Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specifications, then design and code new software or modify existing systems to add features and correct defects. Integrate software into new operating environments, develop data queries for repositories, and implement algorithms to meet system performance standards. Serve as a team lead, review documentation, and execute test procedures for software components while investigating problem areas and adapting solutions to new hardware. This role requires a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and seven years of experience, offering a salary range of $144,800 to $159,000 in Fort Meade, Maryland.
Required Qualifications

- Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
