Job Summary
Lead technical design, development, and operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of enterprise applications, with a focus on ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous delivery across modern cloud-native platforms. Drive incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production outages, while developing runbooks, operational documentation, and recovery procedures. Define and track Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and error budgets to maintain operational excellence. This role requires deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, observability tools like Dynatrace and Elastic Search, and distributed infrastructure. Based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX, with a full-time, in-office schedule.
