Job Summary
Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications using Java-based tools to integrate cloud capabilities. Analyze complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve escalated tickets from Level 1 support while writing clean, documented code that adheres to established standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, collaborate with product managers and QA engineers to define requirements and deliver features, and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Contribute to continuous process improvement, maintain comprehensive technical documentation, and ensure timely resolution to maintain system uptime. This Level 2 role requires a BS with 14 years of experience, proficiency in languages like Java or Python, and an active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
Required Qualifications
- An active TS/SCI with MD polygraph
- Last Poly within last 7 years
- BS + 14 years experience
- Proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Javascript, Go)
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and networking concepts
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
