Job Summary
Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications using Python, while analyzing complex technical issues and performing root cause analysis. Fix bugs and resolve escalated tickets from Level 1 support, ensuring timely resolution to maintain system uptime. Write clean, efficient code that adheres to established standards and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and disseminate knowledge. Collaborate with product managers and QA engineers to define requirements and deliver new features, while providing technical guidance to junior team members. Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and system architecture.
Required Qualifications
- An active TS/SCI with MD polygraph
- Last Poly within last 7 years
- BS + 7 years experience
- Solid experience in Python
- Proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Javascript, Go)
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Familiarity with networking concepts
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
