Job Summary
Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications using Python, while analyzing complex technical issues and performing root cause analysis. Fix bugs, resolve escalated tickets, and write clean, efficient code adhering to established standards. Participate in code reviews, collaborate with product managers and QA engineers to define requirements and deliver features, and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Contribute to continuous process improvements, system architecture, and comprehensive technical documentation. Ensure timely issue resolution to maintain system uptime while supporting the transition to cloud capability. Requires an active TS/SCI with MD polygraph, BS degree, and 7+ years of experience. Salary range $150K-$200K.
Required Qualifications
- An active TS/SCI with MD polygraph
- Last Poly within last 7 years
- BS + 7 years experience
- Solid experience in Python
- Proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Javascript, Go)
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Familiarity with networking concepts
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
