Job Summary
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and architects to gather requirements and plan development work through user stories. Build and maintain data models, repositories, and reusable APIs using REST and/or GraphQL technologies while developing algorithms that support business needs. Integrate and process data from multiple sources, including IoT devices, and write unit tests to ensure quality and maintainability. Partner with QA colleagues to minimize regression issues and produce technical documentation for solution designs and deployments. Support software releases and contribute to third-line support activities where required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft .NET or .NET Framework development, ideally using C#
- Knowledge of SQL Server or a similar relational database platform
- Exposure to cloud development environments such as AWS or comparable cloud technologies
- Experience developing and testing APIs, including GraphQL and related tools
- Understanding of API security and authentication standards such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, OWASP, or NGINX
- Knowledge of web technologies, including TypeScript and React
- Experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
- Understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
