Job Summary
Develop and configure our Warehouse System using C#/.NET; build and customize workflows, features, and integrations based on customer requirements; contribute to testing and validation prior to deployment; participate in site installations, user training, and post-go-live support; learn internal system architecture and best practices; gradually take ownership of defined project workstreams as skills grow; use .NET Framework 4.7 and .NET 8, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps; work in an Agile team; travel up to 25%, with hybrid, in-office, or remote work arrangements depending on project needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Exposure to object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, or C++
- Strong interest in software development and technical problem-solving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and apply feedback quickly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Self-motivated with a positive, growth-oriented mindset
