Job Summary
Design and evolve critical real-time service architectures, including synchronous and asynchronous systems, while ideating banking products for internal teams and app users. Develop 100% cloud-native solutions on EKS, optimizing performance and latency while guaranteeing end-to-end traceability and audit trails. Mentor colleagues on new technologies and leverage AI tools for assisted development. Own code quality and drive the transformation of savings and investment features like remunerated accounts and USD trading.
Required Qualifications
- Experiencia midlevel desarrollando con Java 21, Spring Boot
- Experiencia en sistemas de decisión en tiempo real y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos
- Diseño arquitectónico y diseño sólidos: Clean / Hexagonal / Saga / Cdc / Event Source
- Experiencia en la nube, preferentemente AWS (EKS, SQS, SNS)
- Conocimientos de base de datos sql y no sql: Mysql/Progres Sql/Dynamodb/Redis
- Conocimientos de Kafka, Spring WebFlux y Java virtual threads
- Uso de herramientas de IA para desarrollo asistido (Copilot, Codex, Claude, Cursor, etc)
- Midnset de ownership sobre la calidad del código
