This mid-level role reports to an Engineering Team Lead within Bellwood, a Product Development Consultancy focused on taking software products from conception to creation. The position requires 3+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot, with a competitive salary range of $77,000 – $111,000.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience building and scaling web-based software products or applications
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and technologies
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, Argo CD, MongoDB Atlas, React, Go, Python, or C#/.NET
- Voracious appetite to learn and apply new skills
- Skill at building web-based software or mobile apps
- Skill at building software with different sets of tools and in different client environments
- Travel to attend two company-wide events annually
