Job Summary
Lead backend development team and drive technical decisions for high-performance systems using Java, Spring, and microservices architecture. Design and develop scalable backend solutions while mentoring team members to improve skills and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, and DevOps to ensure best practices, code quality, and technical debt management. Manage innovation and improvement initiatives within backend systems. Requires 3-6 years of Java backend experience with strong expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Full-time, on-site role requiring five days per week.
