Job Summary
Own the end-to-end development of medium to large features or modules, designing components, APIs, workflows, and reusable utilities. Write high-quality, secure, scalable, and well-tested code while performing in-depth debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis. Mentor Level 1 & Level 2 engineers through code reviews and guidance, actively participating in Agile processes including estimation, refinement, and sprint planning. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment readiness, and environment stability, utilizing AI tools for design improvements, code generation, test automation, and documentation. Apply strong expertise in .NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, and database design to solve complex problems.
Required Qualifications
- 7–13 years
- Own the end-to-end development of medium to large features or modules
- Design components, APIs, workflows, and reusable utilities
- Write high-quality, secure, scalable, and well-tested code
- Perform in-depth debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis
- Mentor Level 1 & Level 2 engineers through code reviews and guidance
- Participate actively in Agile processes including estimation, refinement, and sprint planning
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment readiness, and environment stability
- Use AI tools for design improvements, code generation, test automation, documentation, and solution analysis
- Strong expertise in .NET Core / MVC, REST APIs, microservices basics, and database design
- Proficient in writing SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and query optimization
- Good understanding of design patterns, modular architecture principles, and integration patterns
- Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in writing and reviewing unit tests, API tests, and performance tests
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring ability
- Skilled in using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI) for coding, design suggestions, and documentation
- Ability to validate AI-generated output and incorporate it responsibly in development
- Understanding of AI-assisted development practices
