Job Summary
Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot integrations with Manhattan Active WMS to support warehouse operations and inbound processing. Configure the platform to meet business requirements while leveraging AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code to accelerate delivery. Deploy and manage services in Kubernetes environments, developing automated tests and performing manual validation as needed. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, responding to incidents and driving automation to reduce future pages. Collaborate with team members, TPMs, and cross-functional stakeholders on project delivery. This role requires proficiency with AI code generation tools, strong communication skills, and reliable execution. Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and containerized deployments is essential, with familiarity with supply chain systems and test automation frameworks being advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with AI code generation tools - demonstrated ability to effectively use Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
- Strong communication skills - ability to clearly articulate technical decisions, blockers, and progress
- Reliable execution - consistent track record of completing work on time and following through on commitments
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with containerized deployments (Kubernetes)
- Warehouse management system experience (Manhattan Active or similar)
- Experience with supply chain or inventory systems
- Test automation frameworks (JUnit, integration testing)
- Incident response and on-call experience
- Experience driving operational excellence and reducing toil through automation
- Claude Code strongly preferred
