Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of larger technical initiatives while driving architectural design for complex features and systems. Coordinate work across engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to ensure delivery efficiency, actively identifying and removing execution blockers. Mentor engineers to strengthen technical depth and maintain systems that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with platform strategy. This role serves as a senior hands-on technical leader based in the San Francisco office, working four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade software solutions
- Extensive experience delivering complex, multi-component systems
- Strong architectural intuition and execution discipline
- Ability to lead technical delivery through ambiguity
- Proven track record of mentorship and technical influence
- Strong sense of ownership for outcomes and system health
- AWS (EC2,EKS, RDS, Aurora), Python, React, snowflake, MS SQL, Redis, Argo workflows, PySpark (ETL / Medallion model), with AI-assisted development tools used across the SDLC
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred; or equivalent practical experience
