Job Summary
Software Engineer Intern role located in Palo Alto, CA with a 12-week hybrid internship structure. You’ll join a small engineering team to build a new foundation for Pebl’s money movement orchestration and invoicing systems, transforming a legacy codebase into a robust, modern ecosystem that can integrate with multiple vendors and banks globally. Responsibilities include reinterpreting legacy payment management codebases, creating new 3rd-party vendor integrations, collaborating with business stakeholders to adapt features to current needs, and enhancing production monitoring and testing to ensure reliability. Required skills include experience with Typescript, the CLI, version control, and cloud experience (AWS is a plus). The position emphasizes learning, reliability, and collaboration in a fast-moving global environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of formal education towards Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with Typescript, the CLI, and some form of version control
- Cloud experience, especially AWS, is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
