Job Summary
Build AI-powered HR platform features including CV review assistants, smart content generation, and recommendation engines using C#/.NET and Angular. Integrate external AI services via APIs and leverage daily AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor within the production codebase. Collaborate closely with senior engineers on code reviews, fast iteration, and shipping quality code. Available 30 hours/week with flexibility for university commitments. Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Solid grasp of C#/.NET
- Solid grasp of a modern JavaScript framework
- Comfortable with Git and collaborative development
- Available at least 30 hours/week
- Located in either Zagreb or Split
Desired Qualifications
- Angular
- Using Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar in a project
- Building something with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), LangChain, or similar
- Experimenting with AI in your own side projects or coursework
- Postgres or SQL Server
- Familiarity with AWS
- Comfort with ambiguity and high-velocity iteration
