Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer at Labrynth to own and evolve the core platform, with responsibilities spanning architecture decisions, production reliability, API design, and client collaboration. You will maintain and improve platform infrastructure, review code, mentor peers, tackle complex problems across the stack, and deploy production services on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS). The role emphasizes working directly with clients, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions, and enhancing CI/CD, observability, and developer experience. Required skills include 5+ years of Python, experience owning production systems, cloud proficiency, Django or FastAPI with Celery and Redis, and strong cross-functional communication; familiarity with AI/LLM systems and regulated industries is desirable.
