Job Summary
Software Engineer in Test I develops and maintains QA experiences for a distributed cloud-based product, defining test strategies for functional, integration and performance testing, creating and executing test plans and configurations, building testing tools, tracking quality metrics, collaborating across Product Management, Operations, Services and Development, resolving customer issues with Support, and documenting work. Qualifications include exposure to Java and Bash scripting, good communication, Windows/Mac familiarity, strong troubleshooting, and a background in SDLC, QA, Agile, CICD, GIT and data-standards mapping (GS1 EPCIS, SAP iDoc, EDI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, CSV). Bachelor or Master in CS or related field is preferred.
