Job Summary
Develop detailed system integration specifications, field mappings, and process designs while evaluating technical impacts of application configuration decisions. Collaborate with Product Managers and Configuration Engineers to understand integration needs, ensuring 100% alignment to policies and procedures. Conduct root cause analysis for break/fix scenarios and maintain up-to-date documentation reflecting all changes. Drive technical deliverables to meet business requirements and deadlines, maintaining discretion in handling HR and customer data. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of Workday integration experience, and proficiency with XML, XSLT, and Web Services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Management Information Systems
- 3+ years of experience building integrations and software development
- 3+ Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and payroll connectors (PECI) and their related tools such as XML, XSLT
- 3+ years' experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors
- Experience with Web Services (WSDL, SOAP), EDI and Flat file integrations
- At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integrations experience
- Advanced understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle including integration requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production
- Knowledge of SaaS applications, SaaS deployment models, and SaaS DevOps
- Ability to collaboratively work with Product owners in the implementation of the technical content in Agile Framework
Desired Qualifications
- Workday Studio Certification preferred
- Experience with Object Oriented concepts preferred
