Job Summary
Software Engineer III – Java role in JPMorgan Chase's Asset & Wealth Management unit. Responsible for designing, delivering, and troubleshooting secure, scalable software solutions across multiple technical areas, producing production-ready code, and creating architecture/design artifacts. You will analyze large, diverse data sets to generate visualizations and reports, identify data-driven patterns to improve coding hygiene and system design, and contribute to communities of practice exploring new technologies. Requires formal software engineering training or certification and 3+ years of hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability, with proficiency in one or more programming languages and SDLC knowledge. Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and cloud exposure is a plus. The role emphasizes agile methodologies, security, resiliency, and scalable production systems. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (onsite in office)."
