Job Summary
Design and develop scalable backend services and full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern UI technologies. Build and maintain microservices with strong API design, resiliency patterns, and operational readiness while optimizing data access patterns for Oracle and MySQL databases. Lead the design and development of modern, scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Oracle/MySQL databases, along with full-stack UI technologies. Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices. Provide technical leadership through mentoring, coaching, and setting development standards and best practices. Collaborate with product, UX/design, QA, and operations to deliver outcomes end-to-end. Participate in production support/on-call as needed and lead root-cause analysis and remediation.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience
- Strong hands-on development experience with Java
- Strong hands-on development experience with Spring Boot
- Experience working with Oracle
- Experience working with MySQL
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with performance tuning
- Experience with transactional consistency
- Experience with data modeling
