Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain features and services supporting core business workflows while prototyping and delivering new capabilities. Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure quality, reliability, and clarity, then collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data partners to translate requirements into well-designed, maintainable software. Identify performance and scalability improvements to enhance existing code and share knowledge with teammates through collaboration and feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- PhD without experience
- Experience building or contributing to large-scale or distributed systems
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core computer science fundamentals
- A demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for delivered work
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enjoyment of solving complex technical problems
