Job Summary
Design, develop, and optimize front-end architecture for web applications, mobile H5 pages, and cross-platform tools using React, Vue, or Angular. Build maintainable user interfaces, contribute to component libraries and design systems, and drive performance improvements while ensuring accessibility compliance. Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket services, handling authentication and data exchange. Implement best engineering practices through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines, promoting standards across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven hands-on experience in front-end application development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Solid understanding of browser rendering mechanisms, network communication, and common web security practices
- Experience with at least one modern front-end framework: React, Vue, or Angular
- Solid understanding of component-based and modular development methodologies
- Familiarity with modern front-end tooling and engineering workflows, including Vite, Webpack, npm/pnpm, ESLint, Prettier, and Git
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, mobile adaptation, and front-end performance optimization techniques
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, Pinia, Vuex, or RxJS
- Experience integrating APIs and working with RESTful services, with knowledge of WebSocket, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and related authentication/authorization mechanisms
- Strong software design capabilities, coding standards awareness, communication skills, and teamwork spirit
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing large-scale web applications, SaaS platforms, enterprise management systems, retail, restaurant, ERP, CRM, or POS solutions
- Experience with cross-platform and mobile technologies such as React Native, Flutter, Mini Programs, Electron, Tauri, or similar frameworks
- Experience building and maintaining component libraries, design systems, micro-frontends, monorepos, or unified multi-application engineering platforms
- Familiarity with front-end observability and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Datadog, Application Insights, including analytics and error tracking
- Knowledge of BFF architecture, Node.js, Next.js, Nuxt.js, NestJS, or GraphQL
- Experience with cloud-native deployment and DevOps tools such as Azure Static Web Apps, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to read and understand English technical documentation and stay current with emerging front-end technologies and engineering best practices
