Job Summary
Software Engineer III at JPMorganChase in the Wealth Management Tech group who designs and delivers secure, scalable software across multiple technical areas within agile teams. Responsible for delivering production-ready code, creating architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, and deriving insights from large datasets to drive continuous improvements in code quality, system architecture, and tooling. Demonstrates proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, ORM frameworks, React, JavaScript, and RDBMS, with experience across SDLC, CI/CD, agile methodologies, and security in a large corporate environment. Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Proficient in coding in Java, Spring Boot, ORM frameworks
- Hands on design in React, Java Script, RDBMS
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
