DevOps Engineer responsible for building and maintaining a Kubernetes-on-AWS platform used by 150+ engineers, advocating good practices, standardising deployment of cloud resources, and collaborating with security and other stakeholders to meet platform requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Proven track record of building and managing continual automation / deployment / delivery environments
- Proficiency running infrastructure on cloud platforms, such as AWS and GCP
- Appreciation for failure modes and understanding of network concepts
- Expertise in managing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in production
- Strong coding skills (Go/Python preferred)
- Excellent knowledge on observability tooling and best practices
- Experience working within or alongside engineering teams to deliver
