Job Summary
Software Engineer III on Bots & Quoting Automation team to support customer quoting automation including API integrations, web scraping, and email automation for thousands of customers. You will translate requirements into designs, collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers, and focus on performance, availability, and integration of AI/LLM-powered solutions with Python and JavaScript. Responsibilities include writing tests, code reviews, improving scalability, and contributing to an AGILE/SCRUM process while building a product suite that drives revenue and cost-savings for the company.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience shipping software (Python)
- Experience with automation and/or human computer-interaction (HCI) principles & design
- AI Native Programming – integration of LLM tools
- Proficient creating applications and features in object-oriented and functional programming environments
- Working experience with relational databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres) and non-relational databases (e.g. MongoDB)
- Proficient with GIT for version control
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and a high school diploma/GED
