Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (front-end and back-end); build clean, efficient, scalable code using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python); develop APIs and services to support AI features; optimize performance; write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews and agile processes; stay current with AI/ML concepts and cloud-native technologies; lead the development of complex systems and coordinate across teams; mentor SE I/II and influence product/engineering roadmaps; strong ownership of end-to-end systems with high reliability; on-site role based in Tempe, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-8 years of experience in full-stack software development and demonstrable project ownership
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and frameworks like React, Node.js, or Django/Flask
- Proficient in RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless cloud technologies especially Google Cloud
- Experience in modern CI/CD
- Proficient in system design, debugging, and writing scalable, maintainable code
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work within an Agile team and adapt to fast-changing requirements
