Job Summary
Software Engineer III in McDonald’s Global Technology Mexico City office. You will participate in all aspects of the agile development life cycle to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software solutions that improve customer and employee experiences. You will collaborate with Product Management and Architecture teams to shape feature roadmaps, contribute to architecture and design, mentor junior engineers, and help drive high-quality code and best practices in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience with programming experience in C#
- 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of experience
- Proven knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational precision and best practices
- Highly quantitative with great judgment and passion for building a great customer experience
- Ability to take a project from scoping requirements to launch to delivery
- English proficiency required
