Job Summary
Define interfaces, develop, and influence architectural changes while optimizing, refactoring, and reusing code for maximum efficiency. Analyze high-level customer requirements to solve complex problems, increase code quality through reviews and testing, and proactively troubleshoot production issues. Implement secure programming patterns, estimate project needs, and mentor other engineers. Work with product managers to design solutions that deliver real value in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience creating applications and features in .NET
- Experience with database objects in relational databases (MS SQL)
- Experience with HTTP and REST architecture
- Experience with CI/CD continuous integration / continuous deployment practices
- Proven track record of effectively delivering results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate technical and business concepts across teams
- Fluent English and Polish
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data streaming architecture and frameworks (ex. Kafka, RabbitMQ, ESB)
- Experience with React, eventually TypeScript
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
- Experience in system integration projects or global projects
