Software Engineer II Workday Integrations

Job Summary
Software Engineer II, Workday Integrations will develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems (HR, IT, payroll, time and attendance). You will work with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust integration solutions, document integrations (process flows and technical specs), manage testing and deployment, stay current with Workday releases, and implement new functionality as appropriate. Key technical responsibilities include Workday Studio, EIBs, Packaged Connectors, Webservices, and other integration tools to connect Workday with ADP Payroll solutions such as GlobalView, Celergo, and Streamline via PECI. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on Workday integrations
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Packaged Connectors, Webservices and other integration tools
- Experience integrating with ADP Payroll Solutions such as GlobalView, Celergo and Streamline using Workday PECI and other Integration technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team
- Leads in analyzing current states, deliver strong recommendations, and execute complex solutions
- Stays current with emerging trends in specialty area
- Identifies future state and dimensions of change to achieve
- Creates transition plans for new processes, implements and monitors changes
- Ensures alignment with enterprise strategic vision
- Uses judgement and creativity in structuring work and finding non-obvious solutions
- Reviews and assesses solutions proposed by others to determine best path forward
